Week 13- Your Authentic Self (B)

Be Yourself: Finding the Real You
Week 13 – April 25th

Sometimes we try to act like other people to fit in. But the best thing you can do is be yourself. This means being honest, doing what you love, and saying how you feel. When you are true to yourself, you feel happier and stronger.

Being your real self doesn’t mean you’re perfect. It means you know what you like, what you believe, and what makes you different. Everyone has something special!

It can take time to learn who you really are. But with practice, you can feel proud of yourself and live the life that feels right for you.
